This Organic coffee is coming from the Coopfam farm located in the mountains of the south Minas Gerais region. It is our first experience on this coffee and it is amazing. Really amazing !
It is the first time we have so much complexity and fruitiness in a Brazilian coffee. It reminds us a bit the Ethiopian Taramesa that we love but with the sweetness of the Brazilian terroir and the typical chocolate, hazelnut and peanut notes.
This coffee is a natural process.
