JebrewDrip or Pour-over
For a filter coffee worthy of any gourmand, you need, in addition to an elegant and stylish manner:
- 30g fresh coffee 3, in a medium grind size (ground at the last minute)
- 50cl. hot water heated at 94 ° c
- wet the filter 2 and 4 coffee and leave to pre-infuse for 30 seconds
- pour the remaining water in a circular motion (and stylishly) from the center to the edges... 5
The filtration time should be approximately 2min 30. 6
