This organic coffee comes from the Coopfam cooperative located in the mountains of the southern Minas Gerais region.
This is the first time that we are having such an atypical Brazilian with nice complexity and fruitiness. It reminds us a bit of the Ethiopian Taramesa, which we love, with the sweetness of the Brazilian terroir and its famous chocolate, hazelnut and peanut notes.
This coffee is certified organic by bio-inspecta.
